RETURNS & INFO
Returns must be made within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot return any items.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not offer returns or refunds on custom items such as I.D tags or personalised items

UK Deliveries
All orders are shipped via Evri. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation once we start to process the order. Please ensure you have given the correct email address and other information.
Our standard delivery is £2.99. This is a second class service. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to arrive.
We are not responsible for delays due to COVID 19.
International Deliveries
We ship via Royal Mail or Evri to these places. Please allow extra time for delays.
We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges for orders outside the UK
Missing Orders
We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail or Evri with regards to missing orders.
If they have been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address we will be able to re send this out but the postage will need to be repaid and a reliable address used.

Returns
We gladly except returns. You must return any order within 14 days of receiving.

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items returned MUST be in a sell able condition
